
Vanadinite
Vanadinite best known for its vibrant reds and orange hexagonal crystals that commonly form clusters of prismatic shapes. Its a rare lead Vanadate mineral that typically forms in oxidized zones of lead deposits. It is a dense minerla due to its high lead content so its much heavier then it looks for its size which adds to the fascination of these striking minerals. They are most commonly found in Morocco, Mexico, Namibia, and USA. Risks are low but because this is a lead based mineral it is best practice to wear gloves or wash hands after touching and avoid frequent holding, like the beauty of a rose it still has thorns to be mindful of
