Stibnite Specimen
Reminiscent of the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones TV show, Stibnite is in the orthorhombic crystal system forming these metallic looking needle like structures. They have sort of a metallic lead-gray color. Its formed when hot mineral rich water dissolves antimony and sulfer which combine and solidify to create Stibnite. Stibnite does contain a metalloid called antimony which is toxic so handle with care and best practice is to wash hands after touching if you do so and avoid touching your mouth, eyes etc. It is a really wild looking specimen to have in your collection!
