What is Andvari?
Andvari is named after a Norse mythological dwarf who created gold rings that could continuously create more copies of itself everyday which reminded me a lot of how crystals are made!
How It Started
I have always had an interest in science with the bulk of my experience in genetic mutations. I loved minerals as far as I can remember but i knew its an industry that is very difficult to get into. So i started with jewelry. From sales to custom designer and jeweler. I spent a number of years doing that years. Over those years i made many connections with hands on experience with minerals until i could finally do what I love which was just working with the stones!
Where I Am
From there I began my journey to become a gem dealer and soon after became a gemologist as well. It took a lot of work to finally do what I love for myself but I’m happy I’m here and cant wait for what the future holds! I now specialize in rare and unique color varieties including the belief inclusions ARE beautiful and provide free educational content so people can learn about this industry where the information is generally not widely available while also shining a light on the lesser known material
What I Offer
Growing up poor made me understand many different aspects of life so today I am very big on community and have something in EVERY budget, I do not discriminate or have price minimums.
